Within strategy and operations consulting, Ted leads projects primarily for manufacturing and distribution clients focused on strategic planning, commercial due diligence, market analysis, and business advisory.

Ted has been invited to speak at events for several industry associations, including the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors (MAPP), Plastics News, and Precision Metal Formers Association (PMA). He received his B.S. in accounting from Michigan State University.

Rudy Minar
Partner at Mirus Capital Advisors

As a Partner with Mirus Capital Advisors, Rudy Minar brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Prior to Mirus he was a partner at M&A tech boutique AGC Partners and worked in the technology investment banking groups of various Wall Street firms including CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer on a broad range of financial transactions spanning large-cap public M&A, IPOs and private equity and debt financings. He has completed over 75 financial and advisory transactions aggregating over $8 billion.

Trained as an electrical engineer, Rudy brings deep domain knowledge and extensive relationships within the software and communications and networking sectors. He enjoys working with entrepreneurs, CEOs and senior management of technology companies to identify strategic growth initiatives, evaluate exit alternatives and execute transactions.

He earned his Master in International Affairs from Columbia University and received his BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Rudy lives with his family in Harvard, Massachusetts, where he enjoys tinkering with English sports cars, running his field dogs and splitting wood on the weekends.

Thomas N. Tullo
Founder and Managing Director at Range Light Capital

Mr. Tullo is a specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructurings, and Public and Private Capital transactions for Manufacturing and Diversified Services companies. Prior to founding Range Light Capital, Mr. Tullo was a Partner in Rossoff & Co where he headed the firm’s Industrials practice. Previously Mr. Tullo headed the Industrial and Diversified Services Group at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to RBC his career included working at Goldman Sachs, Warburg and McKinsey & Company where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, financings and recapitalizations both in the U.S. and overseas. Mr. Tullo is a member of the Board of Directors of LATICRETE International and formerly a member of the Board of Taco Comfort Solutions.

Mr. Tullo holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School ’82, and an Economics degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Dartmouth College ’79.
