Please join us as a panel of experts focus on understanding entitlement as the key to buying right, financing right and having a successful outcome. This panel will provide an informational edge on land sellers and others competing for good deals in an active but risky marketplace. We will learn what the analysis of current entitlement means in terms of pricing on land, discuss common potential adjustments or changes of entitlement and how the process will play out in the real world, while reviewing actual case studies with both negative and positive outcomes.
