Topic: Keeping Up with CRE Capital Requirements
Like your business environment wasn't dynamic enough so far. Planning for, accessing and managing your capital needs has never been easy. Challenges include simply knowing the available alternatives, their criteria and hurdles, the relative benefits/drawbacks of different sources and what each alternative will cost. Add to that mix the current economic uncertainty of "where are we?" in the cycle. We have put together a panel that covers a broad swath of the capital markets - from equity to various debt sources - private, bank and Wall St. Join us to explore the current perspectives and hot buttons of these capital sources so you can better plan your CRE finance strategy for the future. See you on March 12th!
