Ramy Aly, a director at Getzler Henrich since 2019, specializes in financial advisory, modeling, and restructuring across various industries. He's known for his expertise in creating 13-week cash flow forecasts for consumer product companies and building financial models. Ramy developed a sophisticated algorithm for real-time profitability analysis and cost-saving insights, contributing significantly to strategic planning and decision-making. Before joining Getzler Henrich, he gained experience in financial accounting and lending. Ramy holds a Master's in Business Management, a Bachelor's in Accounting from the City University of New York, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Managing Partner at Consumer Growth Partners

Richard is the Managing Partner at Consumer Growth Partners, specializing in middle-market consumer products and specialty retail. Previously, he was an equity research analyst at Sanford Bernstein, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse, and worked in merchandising at Bloomingdale's after starting his career at The Boston Consulting Group. Richard presides over the Retail Marketing Society, sits on several boards, and received the Independent Sponsor Lifetime Achievement Award from iGlobal Forum in 2023. He holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from Harvard Law School. Richard lives near New York City with his wife, Robin, and has two sons, Zachary and Ross.

Brings over 30 years of expertise in business strategy, operations, and corporate leadership. With a proven track record, he has excelled in corporate turnarounds, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and management consulting.

In his recent roles, Rob served as COO for a $220 million consumer products company, oversaw an international furniture manufacturer as CRO, and acted as interim COO for a globally recognized apparel company. Prior experiences include leadership positions in Camlog Biotechnologies and EGC, Inc., as well as roles at Chase Manhattan Bank and major consulting firms.

Rob holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
