Bruce is a founding principal and Managing Director of StoneCreek Capital LLC. Founded in 1992, StoneCreek is an independent private equity sponsor focused on investing directly in growth-oriented management buyouts. Each StoneCreek transaction is financed on a standalone basis with equity provided by institutional investors, family offices, high net worth individuals and the StoneCreek principals. StoneCreek targets transactions ranging from $10 million to $100 million. Bruce received his BA (economics) from the University of Washington, Phi Beta Kappa and his MBA (finance) from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Dan is a Partner at Garnett Station Partners. Prior to joining GSP, Dan was a Partner and Co-Head of Consumer & Retail at Comvest Credit Partners. He served as a member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee and played an instrumental role in growing the firm’s AUM from $250M to over $12B during his 13-year tenure. Prior to Comvest, Dan was a Senior Director at Dymas Capital, an affiliate of Cerberus, which he joined at inception and grew to be a leading sponsor finance platform with $3B AUM. Prior to Dymas, Dan spent time at Arthur Andersen, Heller Financial, and Salomon Smith Barney early in his career. Dan received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Rosenfeld brings his expertise across the spectrum of corporate evolution as a founder, COO, CEO, lead investor, board member and consultant. His multi-market depth taps ideation and creativity from risk management, frontier markets and financial services. He has successfully built and turned around multiple companies with a consistent emphasis on getting to profit. Rosenfeld’s industry experience spans banking services, fintech, life insurance-based derivatives and risk and security operations. He is an active entrepreneurial development mentor across the US, UK and Africa, is a former British Army infantry officer and holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management and a BA in International Relations and Strategic Studies from the University of Leicester.

Brian H. Yoon joined Corbel Capital Partners in 2017 and serves as a Managing Director. Brian has over 15 years of experience as a principal investor and investment banking professional. Brian serves on the boards of numerous Corbel portfolio companies.
Britt Terrell is a middle-market corporate finance professional with 30+ years of financing experience. He has been underwriting, structuring, closing, and managing credit portfolios since the 90s, with a focus on middle-market leveraged acquisitions and corporate debt restructuring for over two decades.
As of January 2023, Britt leads the Capital Markets practice for Palm Tree, the modern M&A Advisor. Palm Tree’s integrated investment banking, strategic finance, and transaction support services guide clients through transactions, transitions, and transformations. Britt was formerly Head of Capital Markets at The Gores Group, and Founder of Backbone Capital Advisors.

Ms. Karter is a founder and Managing Partner at Mizzen Capital. Prior to launching Mizzen Capital, Ms. Karter held senior management roles with Enhanced Capital in a direct lending fund. Prior to that, she managed several Angel Groups and managed an active consulting practice for small business growth. She served as CFO at Netkey, Inc., and CEO Resource Recovery Systems Inc.. She began her career at Morgan Stanley and Co. Inc. in the investment banking division.
Ms. Karter earned an MBA from The Yale School of Management and a BA from Columbia University.
Lior O. Nuchi represents multinational companies in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and venture capital financings. He also represents major investment banks in underwriting public offerings for technology companies, as well as a wide variety of private equity firms, financial sponsors and venture capital firms, family offices, non-institutional investors and universities in connection with their investments in, and acquisitions of, technology companies, fund formation, monetizing intellectual property and technology and commercial transactions.
Lior's clients are based in Silicon Valley, Israel, Europe, China, Taiwan, Korea and India and Lior has extensive experience in cross-border transactions in the technology industry, having practiced in Israel, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Taiwan in addition to the San Francisco Bay Area. Lior further assists technology companies and investors with respect to corporate governance matters and typically acts as principal outside counsel to his clients, focused on their most important legal needs. Lior's securities and corporate governance practice has included representing Boards of Directors and Committees of Independent Directors in connection with a wide variety of governmental and internal investigations.
Lior has extensive experience in intellectual property matters for technology companies and has led teams of intellectual property lawyers in litigating and settling major patent cases in Federal District Courts in California, Texas and Delaware and at the International Trade Commission in the US, as well as in various European jurisdictions such as England, Germany, France and the Netherlands. Lior has represented several major technology companies in formulating and implementing their intellectual property strategies by prosecuting strategic patents and via acquisitions of strategic patent portfolios. Lior is also active in the Privacy and Cybersecurity area and counsels clients on these issues on a regular basis with the assistance of his partners who are experts in the field.
As outside counsel to many corporations, Lior frequently advises on other legal matters important to the management team, including commercial transactions, equity plans, executive compensation, labor and employment matters, regulatory compliance, commercial disputes and structuring and managing international operations.
I'm based in Los Angeles and I source and originate sole lender and syndicated Asset Based Lending opportunities at U.S. Bank for middle market companies and private equity sponsors across the West Coast. Prior to U.S. Bank I spent two years originating cash flow terms loans for sponsor and non-sponsor transactions for White Oak Global Advisors. Before that I spent 13 years at Wells Fargo Capital Finance originating ABL and software/recurring revenue deals.
Michael S. Chang joined Corbel Capital Partners in 2017 and serves as a Vice President. At Corbel, Michael currently serves as a board observer of Brooklyn Brands, Northwest Medical / Great Elm DME, Mikada Cabinets, MediaLab, and BRT Extrusions. Prior to Corbel, Michael worked in the Structured Equity investment team at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in Los Angeles. While at Levine Leichtman, Michael helped evaluate new investment opportunities, conduct investment due diligence, manage portfolio companies and source add-on acquisitions. Michael executed and closed investments across a variety of different industries and investment vehicles from healthcare leveraged buyouts to SBIC manufacturing turnarounds. Prior to Levine Leichtman, Michael worked as an M&A investment banker at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco, where he advised on over $10 billion in leveraged buyouts, buy and sell-side M&A, debt issuances, equity offerings and share repurchases in the retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and business services sectors. Michael earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Grew up in Las Vegas, went to undergrad at UW in Seattle, started in large corporate banking with BAML, later moved to Prudential Private Capital's international group (Pricoa) originating, underwriting, and managing private credit and mezzanine in Mediterranean Europe, LatAm, and Asia-Pacific. Moved to Sydney in 2016 to open PPC's first Australian office, later moved back to Chicago in 2019 to launch PPC's first Direct Lending fund (under the banner PGIM Private Capital). Recently moved to Los Angeles in 2022 to head up the West Coast for our Direct Lending strategy.
SLR Digital Finance is a wholly owned subsidiary of SLR Business Credit. We provide flexible ABL and Factoring facilities to emerging media, advertising, and tech businesses as small as $100k up to $100MM.
Trent is primarily responsible for capital markets solutions at CriticalPoint including sourcing and arranging financing for clients across the credit spectrum. He is also responsible for debt capital placement and related corporate financings for CriticalPoint’s Investing / Private Capital practice for new and existing portfolio companies. Trent brings over a decade of investment banking, asset management, risk management and trading experience covering a wide range of clients, industries, and products.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Trent was with J.P. Morgan where he worked in various roles involving investment grade finance and risk management in both investment banking and asset management divisions. While on the investment grade finance desk, Trent helped market and originate fixed income securities as part of the capital raising activities undertaken by corporate issuers.
Trent received his B.S.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
Mr. Berty co-founded Prolign in January 2023 and brings more than 25 years of investing experience across multiple industries and end markets. Prior to co-founding Prolign, Mr. Berty served as a Managing Director for the Private Equity Solutions group of ORIX Corporation USA, the predecessor entity to Prolign. He also has prior equity and debt investing experience with Gladstone Capital Corporation, Caltius Mezzanine, D.E. Shaw & Co.’s Direct Capital Group and CapitalSource Finance.
Mr. Berty started his career in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive license). Mr. Berty received a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna cum laude.
